Both were personable and professional. These guys were the kind of people that you enjoyed spending time with and you felt like you could trust them to put your interest first.

Spencer had extensive knowledge of the area. He had lived and worked in that part of the state. He had a background in wildlife and timber. I knew market exposure would determine how the process went. Jake, had not worked the area much, but he was an outdoorsman and had a background in photography. Both guys had solid sales personalities and seemed to have the sales tools that would make it work. We both thought they would do a good job.

Phillip was excellent from first contact. Definitely a cut above your average agent. Very knowledgeable and confident regarding an acreage purchase and had all the answers to my questions. If he didn’t have an answer right away he was quick to get one. Excellent communication. We did the whole deal from states away and never had the chance to meet in person but the level of communication and willingness to work things out made it no big deal. Phillip visited the property several times without me being present to validate some claims and answer my questions. Phillip went as far as installing a new gate on the property for me after closing because the previous owner took it with him. Phillip continues to help me out and answer questions and concerns even now months after the sale. Truly excellent work by Phillip.

Great person to work with. He was very knowledgeable about about farming and hunting land and got a contract in a very short time and at the price I was looking get. I have never had better experience buying or selling a piece of property. I would definitely recommend Doug Wagoner to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

It was wonderful start to finish. We met with Tanner, he explained what Whitetail/he would do to market our place, we determined our price point, he took wonderful film; we liked Tanner from the time he introduced himself. Tanner has a great personality and is easy to talk to, answered all of our questions and led us through the entire process. We’re very pleased and will recommend Tanner/Whitetail again.

Krystin did a great job for us. In the past, we have had other realtors with other companies make big promises and then fail to follow through. Krystin did everything she said she would and more. She was prompt at following up with us and keeping us informed and was always professional and courteous. Our property was a lakefront lot in a very remote, hard to get to place, and she didn't hesitate to show it to multiple parties. We've had other realtors complain about how difficult it was to get to and were more worried about scratching their cars than they were selling the property. Krystin never hesitated to take prospective buyers there and she never once complained. We were very pleased with her service and would highly recommend her.
