Carter was very professional in person and other means of communication. He was very knowledgeable of what I should expect in the process of selling my property. He knew what a buyer would be looking for and proved he could fund a buyer relatively quick. It only took one day to find that buyer. I would recommend Carter to anyone either selling or looking to buy. He is an expert at recognizing excellent hunting property so both buyers and sellers can trust him to get the job done quickly.
