Just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying our land that we purchased through Lindsey and Whitetail Properties. Her excitement about showing the property in turn got us looking forward to seeing it. We think it is going to be a special property for us. When we arrived at the property, Lindsey unloaded the utv and said jump in, we got a good tour of the property.  Lindsey's knowledge of the outdoors and the property, friendly personality, and no bs attitude is what we as buyers appreciate.

Working with Whitetail Properties (Bill Minor and Tom James) has been a great experience. From the start, Bill took into consideration all of our wish list items and suggested the perfect property for our family. The property we ended up purchasing had a lot of unique contingences which required much attention from both Bill and Tom. Both did a great job going the extra distance to help keep the project moving forward. Their help and expert guidance, even after the sale, has been a real bonus and unexpected surprise. It is a tribute to their character. Their passion in seeing their clients dreams become a reality has been very apparent from the first day we walked what was to become our dream property. We didn’t expect it, but, through our journey, we feel we have made two new friends!

Billy was great to work with and I couldn't be more satisfied! I had a few trees that were covering my road at the end of the summer, he said he was going to clean it up a little to help with the access to the west end of the property. Billy must have spent 6 hours cutting and clearing the road in 95 degree heat and didn't ask for anything in return. Best experience as a buyer or seller you could have.

I recently purchased a couple of small parcels in a fairly complicated transaction and used Whitetail Properties as my representative in the transaction. Over the years, I have bought and sold many properties and each has represented different challenges. This particular transaction was far and away the most complicated due to the layout of the land and the personalities involved. I do not think this transaction would have taken place without the experience of Gary Carty. In a way I have not observed in other real estate professionals, Gary skillfully worked with the sensitivities of all parties and managed the deal to a close in a manner that was best for all involved. It is clear to me that Whitetail Properties hires only the best professionals to represent it and I will turn to Gary Carty for my future transactions.
