Dan Bates at Whitetail Properties listed my property in August 2016. I had moved out of state early in 2016 and did not have the time to prep the property for selling prior to leaving. Dan spent a tremendous amount of time at my property getting it ready for sell, landscape clean-up and staging. The property was listed, sold and closed within four months.
