We recently purchased a property listed by Todd Mensing with Whitetail Properties. The experience from start to finish was a pleasure.  We located the property online on the Whitetail Properties website.  After deciding we wanted to look at it I emailed Todd. We were contacted back very quickly and set up a time to meet. The day we met it had just snowed and was over -20 degrees below zero. The property was 240 acres and due to conditions I brought a snowmobile to get around. I fully expected to just roam around as well as I could but Todd offered to jump on and give me a tour. We rode around the property in several feet of snow, extreme cold, and even rolled off a few times trying to navigate in the conditions (my bad driving was the cause). Despite the challenges I was given, I received a first class tour of the land, had a few laughs, and met one incredible real estate agent. Todd was the listing agent as stated. This being the case, I wondered if I should get my own agent to work soley on my behalf. I made the decision not to and I am glad I did. From the onset, Todd worked perfectly on behalf of the seller and I. He kept me informed of progress on transaction details, and the process culminated with a 30 minute closing followed by a lunch with the sellers. At the end of the process we walked away with an incredible property,  purchased from an incredible seller, and all handled perfect by an incredible real estate agent! Keep up the good work Todd. We would like for you to know how pleased we are with the way Brian Utecht handled the selling of our farm.  Not only is he very friendly and professional, but he kept us up to date with our listing.
