I was very impressed with the patience and diligence of my agent and his team in getting my questions about the property. He was determined to assure I was comfortable regarding the property being "right" for me, in spite of the obstinacy and obtuseness of the title company which was originally chosen by the seller. Ultimately my agent answered all my questions regarding ambiguous access easements, obtained a different title company, obtained a refund of the earnest money provided to the original seller's title company, obtained additional information from the surveyor, obtained rewording of the title insurance exceptions, and obtained an accelerated closing date; all to my benefit.
