To put it simple, if you're selling land don't even waste your time & effort with a local real estate company. Whitetail Properties is the ONLY realtor to list your property with. The amount of people they connect with is unbelievable. They provided me with a monthly progress report with data from how many people viewed the listing, called or emailed agent about it, etc. They listed the farm in March & had it closed on by mid October. They're hunters so they know how to sell your farm to potential buyers. I was beyond impressed with our agent Isaac Singer & Mr. Perez the CEO. I am a serious, no nonsense person & if you are looking to sell you need to contact a local Whitetail Properties agent. If you are looking to buy you need to pick from one of their properties. They are a real class act, a top notch company with top notch people. I am more than satisfied with Whitetail Properties. You will be too.

In early 2017 my Fiancé and I began a search for property in the Ozarks of southern MO. We were not looking for just any old farm. Our specifics included seclusion/privacy, timber, land that was adjacent to USFS lands to avoid future neighbors too close by and close access to public lands for hunting of species that can cover a lot of ground such as wild turkeys and wild hogs. We contacted Ted Gerard of Whitetail Properties. We were happy that we did. Ted went above and beyond the scope of work typical of a real estate agent. There were issues with access easements across USFS lands that included finding a title company willing to insure property land locked by Federal ground. Ted worked with our banker, the sellers, the title companies and the USFS and in spite of all the red tape and having to re-schedule closings and extend contracts we are now proud owners of a beautiful, secluded 40 acres in the Mark Twain National Forest. Whitetail Property Agent Scott Hicks goes above and beyond to assure both seller/buyer are very satisfied. Even after the closing for this property, Agent Hicks came back out to the property to cut ATV paths and lanes for hunting.
