Through his diligent efforts, he negotiated for an easement that I was able to purchase. This gave access to the 160 acres and, therefore, made the property more sellable and valuable. He managed to get more for the property. I feel he went above and beyond the “call of duty” as we went through quite an ordeal and he endured some verbal abuse from another individual. I would like to let you know about the service I received from Bruce Witte. I owned 65 acres in Jackson County and it had been on the Market with another realtor for 6 years with very little activity or interest. I assumed it was because of the economy and a slow real estate market. I noticed that Bruce had listed some property near mine and I decided to give him a call. I liked what I heard and I listed my property with him. Bruce had the property listed for approximately a year. During that year, we had a lot of interested parties but we had a state trail that ran through the property making it difficult to sell. In April we received an offer that went to the title company and that’s when we found out we had an access issue with the property. Bruce went above and beyond his job as a realtor to help me get this issue resolved. He went out of his way to take pictures and measurements that I would need to put on my application for an easement with the DNR.
