I wanted you folks to know what a great man you have working for you. We have dealt with Jeff Heil twice now, once buying, and once selling land. It took him 23 hours to sell our land. Now I realize that this is not normal, but come on, 23 hours? And even though that's amazing, what makes Jeff a great guy is that whether you're selling land for $10k or $10 million, he works just as hard for you. Same if you're the buyer. He has all his ducks in a row, every step of the way. And he's just a great guy too boot. My wife absolutely loves Jeff. He's a real person, and treats you like you've known him for 30 years. If he tells you something, you can rest assured it's the truth. Men like this don't come around very often in today's world. He reminds me of the men I knew when I was a kid. Michael was very helpful and professional. My family has been realtors in CT for over 20 years and I myself had my license for a period of years. Even though Michael was the listing agent for the property we ended up purchasing, his character and professionalism made us comfortable with him for this transaction. I am fairly certain that had he not been the agent for this deal, the deal would have fallen apart for multiple reasons as at different times both us as the buyers and the seller walked away from the deal, but Michael was able to bring us back to the table and find a solution that worked for everyone.

Contacted through emails back and forth. Drue Meyer was straight forward and answered all my questions. I wanted to sell my property for the most I could, and he provided me with a realistic sales price based on the current market value. He provided his expertise in the local market that my former property is located in. His expertise paid off when I got an offer to buy within two months of the original listing, and then it sold at closing five weeks later after all of the paperwork was completed for the closing ahead of time for full asking price. The closing was very convenient--I did not have to attend the closing appointment, which was located about 1,000 miles from my out of state location.

Cory responded to questions quickly and professionally. Within a week we had a listing agreement, he had walked the property and taken many pictures. He was more motivated than other agents I had discussed listing the property with.
