I would like to give a big "shout out" to Stephen French. He worked on this land deal tirelessly, putting my land with an adjoining a parcel to make it a better sell. I received more per acre because of this. Stephen also spoke to all the neighboring land owners to settle a landlocked dispute, contracted a surveyor, took care of all the legal work and then a "biggie" for me since this property was my grandmother's place, Stephen took me back to the old homestead, nothing there now but rocks, trees and memories.
