I purchased a 20 acre parcel adjacent to the family farm. It's a wooded creek bottom that connects the hardwood ridges to the south to the corn/soybean fields to north. Its a key travel corridor for deer and turkey entering/exiting the corn/soybean fields. I've wanted to buy this parcel for a long time. Brian helped make that possible.

Tondo worked very hard to sell this land. Since it didn't have water, it was a hard sell. Took awhile, but he got it done.

Clyde Hutchinson has been nothing short of stellar while brokering a transaction for a relatively small property (50 acres). His commitment to completion and attention to detail have made this purchase feel simple and enjoyable. I know he has many larger listings, but he has treated this transaction as though it's the most important property in his portfolio. While this parcel is a small addition to my adjoining farm, it will have a special place in my mind simply because Mr. Hutchinson treated it with the attention deserving of a 500 acre piece of prime Kansas whitetail habitat. I have purchased hundreds of acres directly from landowners and never completed a transaction through a broker. This has been surprisingly fun and I've made a great friend in the land and hunting industry, as well. Congratulations to you and your team for having such a high quality land specialist in your ranks. While Mr. Hutchinson is just one employee, I feel this is likely a reflection of your company and it's values. Luke was very good. I was extremely satisfied with the job he did. He priced the property right and I was very happy with the selling price. My only regret is that I don't own other property that I could sell with Luke.
