   I am writing to thank Ben Plattner for his hard work on the behalf of my brother Jeff Fouste and myself, Janet Dorsey. In mid 2017 I received a card from this gentleman advertising Whitetail Properties land sales. We had owned a wonderful family property for 30 + years, our paternal grandparents and great grandparents were the previous owners...origional purchase occurring in 1896. My brother and my family now live in South Carolina and the land was in Illinois, having finally made the decision to sell The Old Place...we called Ben. This man was like a friend from the start. The photos he took of the farm were spectacular...making us feel like we were there walking the land again. Ben kept us informed of any and all interest shown by potential buyers and when it came time to actually take care of the business of selling the property, he made it painless. text messages, phone calls, coordinating the paperwork. I never thought we would sell this property, but when we needed to do the deed, Ben was there and we will always be grateful...Thanks again,

Greg Meade started off as our agent and became a friend. He is professional, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable. He is an asset to Whitetail Properties. He also referred us to another Ohio Whitetail Properties agent and we are scheduled to close on an Ohio property.
