Yesterday, April 3rd, my mother's Wright County, Clearwater property closed. She was the seller and I was the contact on her behalf throughout our long distance listing. A portion of the parcel was allocated to Reinvest in Minnesota (RIM) and the parcel was accessed solely by a cart way.
