Jeff Quade has been the best agent that I have ever dealt with. I was a realtor myself for 8 years, and I have bought and sold multiple properties as a contractor/investor. He should get the realtor of the year award for putting up with me!

It is a true testament to the value that your company and its agents provide so many people that are looking to buy or sell land. I was in the market for a very, very specific tract of land and Tyler was able to make it happen in not only a very short amount of time, but he also made it about as stress free as anyone could ever hope for. I fully appreciate the fact that that would more than likely not have been possible by any other means outside of Whitetail Properties. Tyler did a phenomenal job of explaining the current arrangement of the land and also provided insight into the potential that it offered as well. It was very apparent that his knowledge in both the recreational side and the investment side of buying and owning land was second to none. Even though I wasn't a client purchasing a large farm in acres or asking price, I felt like I was treated no different than someone that was. It was also a very good feeling knowing that at no time did Tyler try selling me something he knew wasn't a perfect fit for my needs and expectations. I look forward to this being just the beginning of what I hope to be a long relationship with not only Tyler, but with Whitetail Properties as well.

My name is Jason, and I wanted to share an experience I recently had with one of your agents. I know the world of sales, as I run a sales division for a large Healthcare IT company. I also know how hard successful sales people have to work. My experience with Whitetail Properties overall was fair. But, there is one individual who made that experience great! Oddly enough, it was not my own real estate agent, but the seller's agent, Brian Ruesch.

I have to say, Brian was under no obligation to help me, and could have let my agent handle everything. But, if he had, I don't think you would have earned my business. I was not getting the attention and answers needed from my end. Brian went above and beyond to help answer any questions myself, wife, family and friends had.  Brian personally introduced me to several contacts within Wood county, who I needed to get answers from in order to satisfy my offer contingencies. On top of that, Brian always made himself available, provided his personal cell number to myself, was willing to show the land, follow up on open items, and is just genuinely a fun and nice guy to be around.

With times tough through a sales cycle, sales reps/agents need to hear that they are doing a great job and that their effort is much appreciated. Their leaders also need to hear that they have a great asset on their team.

I am happy to have met Brian and most certainly will stay in touch with him as we build the next chapter of our lives in Wisconsin. If there is anyone I know who needs land, Brian will be my recommendation to them.

My experience with your real estate company was a positive one because of Todd. I owned an 80-acre piece of hunting land in northern Minnesota. I had tried two other real estate agents from other, more local companies that made little effort to sell my land and no efforts to keep me informed. I realize my 80 was not pristine lakeshore and the real estate market in general, had hit the skids in my region, but I expected my agents to show some interest. That was two years wasted.
