An agent that works!

I have sold a lot of property in the past without the help of a realtor, mostly because my previous experience was that realtors didn't seem to be aggressive in trying to sell my property. This was not the case with Ashlie. I would classify her as a go getter, who works hard to make a sale. I was very pleased with the job Ashlie Raiter did in selling our property. The property she sold was one that I had tried selling in the past and had no luck selling. Out of frustration I decided to give her a chance to sell the property. She had it sold in less than a month which really surprised me. She did a great job in working with me from the first offer through closing. I have another property that I will be listing with her this week, and feel certain I will get similar results.

I wanted to make sure I conveyed my proper appreciation for how Dustin Prievo handled our sale at 683 Barnstable Rd, Carlisle, PA 17015. Dustin went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected of a real estate agent in selling our home. He helped repair things in the house and worked several hours on landscaping that needed fixing. Neighboring realtors had no idea how the extra efforts by Dustin made them look bad. The property was widely advertised, and its special features were highlighted. The fact that it contained a conservation easement made the transaction more difficult than it should have been.

Todd took the time to understand my interest in property and understood what I was looking for and why. We met at the property of interest and walked most of it. Any question i asked, he had the answer and a few he researched deeper and my questions were answered. He had a GPS trail map that we used to walk the property which was a great tool to understand the lay of the land while we were on it. I loved what I saw and we both talked at his truck.

We spent some time discussing the process moving forward with an offer. Within 24 hours we communicated and Todd presented the paperwork to us so our offer could be presented. The seller initially declined my offer and took another. In the interim, I was still working with Todd to search out more properties of interest.. A few weeks later Todd called me and the initial property was back available. He stepped us through the paperwork again and the seller accepted.
