I want to let you know that my family and I had an excellent experience working with Whitetail Properties, especially our agent, Spenser Bradley. He is excellent to work with. We are first time rural land buyers and I can’t imagine having a better agent. He is professional, down to earth, straightforward, knowledgeable, insightful, and patient. A few months before engaging with Spenser we had contacted another agent who basically told us to look online and if we saw something he would go see it with us. He had a dismissive attitude and seemed to not care about helping us. That is the first and last time the other agent had any contact with us. Spenser was exactly the opposite. He was active in helping us look and giving us a feel for the market. He was able to provide data along with knowledge and insight that helped us think through and hone in on what we valued and associated trade offs. He was encouraging as we looked at many properties together. He could lay out different visions and ideas for the properties we saw which was incredibly helpful. We never felt rushed or pressured in anyway. He also encouraged us to take our kids, 4 and 6, on property visits, and was a great sport when the eventual meltdown happened. In my mind taking 4 people out to look at properties could get tricky, especially with young kids, but our many property visits were great. Our kids were excited to go ride around with ‘Mr. Spenser.

After we found a property and made an offer. He kept us informed about where we were in the process and was always available if we had questions. He was prompt in reaching out to the seller’s agent to get our questions answered.

He provided us with guidance about resources available to landowners from organizations like Alabama Wildlife Federation, Alabama Forestry Commission, state agencies, and NRCS. In the short time we’ve had the property I’ve had 2 free consultations based on Spenser’s input.

We highly recommend Ann White as a realtor for farm land and other large acreage. She successfully guided us through the sale of our acreage in southeastern Idaho. The parcel had a lot of complexities that had to be sorted out, and Ann was instrumental in promptly investigating these irregularities and communicating necessary information to all parties involved. She walked the hilly property (roughly 150 acres) with us and on her own on several occasions. She went out of her way to meet with prospective buyers and their realtors. Ann demonstrated savvy and good judgment with respect to selling real estate, and she showed sensitivity to the personalities involved. If Ann was uncertain of an answer, she would readily consult with her team or with outside authorities to find the best answer. She made innumerable phone calls on our behalf. We both feel so fortunate to have worked with Ann and will look back on the experience positively.
