Ray did a fantastic job in locating potential buyers, and kept us fully informed as to progress on the showing and sale of our property. They are not the typical realtors; they know land and the recreational value of it. They provided me with a marketing plan but adjusted it to accommodate my inputs. They provided their inputs but always made sure that I was the final decision maker. They took great care to respect my privacy and safeguard the property during the showings. My sisters and I were so fortunate to have found Jeremy Allen to list our late father's property. We had a very difficult time even getting realtors to return our phone calls to list the property. We had two realtors just throw it on MLS and not care after that. Jeremy treated us with such care and compassion.
