I can't say enough about Steve! The man is the original GOAT. Seriously, the man doesn't stop; he is a true professional and cares not only about the deal specifics but also about people's well-being in general. This deal was no walk in the park. It was particularly challenging due to the easement access component, which took seven months to work through. Despite the property's value being only $100K, Steve tackled it with the same dedication as a $10mil deal.

Steve is a true GOAT and has become a friend. Funny enough, we have nine other properties we'll acquire in the next five years, and Steve will definitely be a part of them if I have a say.
