Randy and I would sincerely like to thank Brent for all of his help and commitment to helping our property and us. I was very skeptical at first because he represented the seller and we did not have a realtor. I thought that he would look out for the seller’s needs before seeing to our wants. I was so very wrong. Brent Grosse was amazing; he won my confidence and earned my trust (which is not an easy task by the way). We called, emailed, and even text Brent with questions often, he always got right back to us most often in the same day but always right away the next day. We asked Brent to show us the property, at least, three times. He was always very willing and enthusiastic about meeting us and walking us around the 36.72 acres trumping through the woods and brush; showing us the trails. We really enjoyed working with Brent Grosse and Whitetail Properties to find our forever property. Let me tell you this little cabin, which his completely off the grid with no water, no electricity, is a hunter’s dream. Who would ever think someone would actually want to move in and live there going into November? We love it here and for the first time ever have gone “green”.  We know there was another offer on the property that was far more money than the seller was asking, but we believe that because Brent got to know us and told the seller our story, that she chose us to sell to.
