My husband and I were on the search of property for hunting. Being from out of the area, Tre had our wishlist and understood our needs. Chad recommended Jeff Phillips, of Roanoke, who lived closer to our land. Jeff did a terrific job. The day after we agreed to have him represent us, he drove up to our land, took pictures and made an excellent suggestion that we bush hog the property to make it more presentable, which we did. We listed in early August and had a contract by mid September. Jeff did an excellent job in listing the property, walking us through the negotiation process, giving solid advice, respected our decisions, and allowed for some limitations we had for religious observance. Jeff was competent and trustworthy and I’d highly recommend him.

Todd Henry did an incredible job throughout the entire sales process. He was very responsive and transparent.

Excellent experience, Jimmy kept us updated on the progress toward the sale, he worked to resolve issues that arose with the first buyer and he had another buyer ready who closed on the deal.

It was good, Joe was there when he said he would be and also at closing.
