I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for everything you did to sell our property. But most of all, you kept your promise of keeping my parents safe during the process.

This was a tough scenario for them to go through, after owning the property for many decades. You were always available to them or to myself. It's not so much about the actual sale of the property, but what meant more to us, and especially to me, was the way you handled all of the dynamics and kept my parents in mind at all times.

Joe and I had been WV land searching for months and were initially trepid about moving forward with our first West Virginia purchase because we were transacting from our home base in Pennsylvania.

You take your time in showing properties and never rush customer. You went the extra mile by bringing your side by side to better show large property since my friend has a bad knee and can't walk well. I think you were as excited about the property as we were. Thank you for taking care of everything to get to closing. You always answered your phone when I called and answered my questions or would find out an answer. Since we are out of state you checked on everything for us to make sure it was right. Thank you again for doing a great job.

We really enjoyed working with Chris. He was very knowledgeable but also had no trouble telling us when he didn't know the details of something, but he would find out. He always came through with the information we needed. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and was always pleasant (even though we knew it was an inconvenience). If the opportunity arises, we would definitely work with Chris again.
