It was a great experience working with Kyle. His knowledge of the area and his expertise was evident from the start. Kyle always responded back right away with things, kept communicating what was happening, and was there every step of the way to the end. It wound up being a very smooth process overall and would definitely recommend to anyone!

I’ve worked with Brent Grosse and Whitetail Properties on two occasions. The first was in 2012 when I was in search of a farm in NE Iowa. Brent met with me and listened to my goals and in short order recommended I look at the farm I bought through him in 2012. What impressed me most was his knowledge of the land, deer hunting and his straightforward approach. I bought the 215 acre Fayette County farm in December of 2012. Brent was available and enthused to help me make it into a special place for me and the family. He offered to help us work on it without any expectation in return. In addition, he introduced me to people in the community, who over time became close friends. Over the next 8 years, I had an amazing time on the property that went way beyond killing big deer. As we all know, life changes as do priorities and in 2019, I approached Brent and asked him to list our property. Needless to say, selling during a pandemic provided many challenges. Brent guided me every step of the way and suggested different approaches to selling the land that ultimately resulted in selling the farm to people who loved the land and paid me what I expected. Brent is a special guy who never strayed from his principles. There were times I was impatient and he calmly and professionally reminded me to take the long view and hold firm on my end objectives. He never once suggested we reduce price, something that is very common in real estate transactions, most agents are more than willing to facilitate a price drop. His integrity and love of his work is uncommon in the world of turning a buck. I consider him a trusted ally and friend and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a consummate land professional.

Just want to thank the whole Whitetail Properties team on helping me achieve my lifelong dream of owning my own property to hunt on. Brian Whitt actually recommended a property to me that I didn't know about at first. After looking at the property that I first called about and finding out that it was not the property that I wanted, I went and looked at the property that Brian told me about. Once on the property, I could tell that it had great hunting potential and could be the one that I have been looking for. After thinking about it for a few days I contacted Brian with a few questions and concerns about the property. When he answered my questions, I cold tell he knew the area well and was confident that it was a great hunting area. I never felt pressure from Brian to make an offer, but I knew I was interested. Brian even worked on a holiday weekend, when I was out of town and hard to reach, to get a purchase agreement. Once we had an agreement, everyone that I dealt with from Whitetail Properties was very helpful in the closing process. Overall it was the easiest closing on a property that I have ever gone through. After talking to Brian several times, I realized that he has the same passion for the outdoors that I have. I now have a property to hunt on that I dreamed about for too many years. After doing a little work on the property and setting up trail cameras, I see that Brian was right about the property. Now the fun begins for me on "My" property and not enough people know how great it is to say that. Brian was great along with everyone else. Overall a great transaction and excited to have my own hunting land. Again thanks to Whitetail Properties, I am a very satisfied customer and know who to contact or recommend in the future.
