I live in Michigan and while searching properties, kept watching them go to “pending” as I was typing an email to ask questions. After this happened a few times, I decided to just send a text to Mr. Greg Meade. I had questions and it was a fairly lengthy text. Greg not only responded within minutes, AFTER working hours, he then called me after confirming I was available for a call at 2000! Greg was fantastic to work with! Not only did he answer all of my questions, but when I inquired about why there were two outlined parcels, and which one I was looking at first the initial parcel I wanted, he informed me that the secondary parcel was ALSO for sale! Of course, I had questions about that one as well since they are next to each other. Those questions were answered just as quickly and precisely as the ones concerning the original parcel. I decided to purchase BOTH parcels. Greg had all documents emailed to me within 24 hours, and I must add that this was during the week of July 4th, I had them signed and ready the same day. By Saturday, July 6th, both parcels were under contract and I was able to close a few days early in August. Greg still remains available for any questions or help I may need, even two months later! My first time buying property and I could not have asked for a better experience. Greg Meade went above and beyond, and continues to do so!
