Working with Ray and Andrew was very easy because they communicated everything with you. I never had to wonder about anything and if there was any any questions or concerns I had. They addressed them immediately and if they didn't know the answer they found the answer for me. They would reach out to me and let me know how the process is going and include me on all communications with the buyer and leasing agents or anyone else involved in the cell. They described every step of the process and were honest about their assessment and let me know if my assessment wasn't correct or was correct and what they thought. They were honest and straightforward.

I've bought and sold other properties with Zig before and he always does an excellent job!
