Jeff Heil communicated very well during the two-year long process that was complicated by not having access to our 40 acres of timberland. He provided photographs to show places for an easement through an adjacent property. My brother, sister, and I inherited this property in 1996 and we live in three different states. Three owners were involved in the sale of this property. I needed to travel 200 miles to be at the closing which was arranged very quickly at the buyer's request. I had two commitments for the time the closing was scheduled. Jason Ziegler was extremely accommodating and made arrangements for me to come the next day to sign the documents. Chris was awesome! He was all over the comparable properties, walking the property, advising on what was needed and even nailed down the tentative timing this property could sell in! Disclaimer, he was hesitant to give me a time but I told him we would not hold it against him if he was wrong, but he really knows his market! The whole experience was great and Chris was excellent with communication throughout which is one of my biggest sticking points for doing life. Thanks to the team for a great job and working with us through this selling process.
