I had with Mark, I knew that he was the right person to handle my listing. He already knew a lot about the general area of my property and was quick to scout the ground for his own assessment. He was very keen on the selling points and appreciated the time and effort we had put into improving the habitat. An experienced hunter himself, I was impressed by Mark's knowledge of the property, and his overall expertise and patience throughout the entire selling process. I want to express my appreciation and gratitude for the exemplary job that my Whitetail Properties agent, Mark Williams did on a recent transaction. This land deal was ridiculously complex involving multiple out of state heirs, purchase of a subdivided parcel by another realative, unusually held mineral rights, easement concerns and irascible attorneys. This was not an enjoyable undertaking for anyone involved, but Mark was patient, knowledgeable and diligent. He just does good work, period!  I highly recommend.

It's obvious the agents have the resources to find the right property for their buyers. They understand what makes a good hunting property, and the ins and outs of the areas the properties are in. Jeff made finding the property an enjoyable experience and the closing process simple.
