From my very first conversation with Jeff this fall to the closing on the property a couple of weeks ago, Rachael and I can clearly say it was an honor working with Jeff. We have never felt so comfortable with a real estate agent as we did with Jeff. We have purchased a lot of real estate over the years, and this experience, by far, was the most relaxing and non-stressed transaction we have ever had. Jeff was remarkable.

We attribute the ability to purchase the farm in Knox County all to Jeff. This was clearly a gem of a property and would have been sought by many buyers, and the way Jeff responded to us immediately as soon as it hit the market, as well as working with the sellers, was nothing more than God's divine plan for this to happen. The way Jeff worked with us all the way through to closing was amazing. His years of experience in knowing how to work with both buyer and seller and his ability to get things closed and handled were clearly evident to us.

All we can say is that Jeff and Stephen were amazing; because of them, we have our dream home and property in Missouri. I wouldn't think of working with anyone else in the future as we look to purchase additional properties.

Our farm was unique in that we had 3 different families listed as owners. Jeff did not hesitate when he found out the complexity of our situation. Through it all, he was patient and understanding with us all in different locations and with the questions we had. He was prompted to go out to view the land and get it listed. Our property was under contract within 2 days, and the sale was complete within 30 days. Jeff helped us figure out the best way to complete closing if we could not complete it in person. He made sure it was a smooth process for all of us. All 6 of us! He even made follow-up calls after the sale to ensure we received all closing documents and the check.
