Blake was very professional and responded quickly after I told him of the experiences I had in the past 12 months. Within 7 days of contacting Blake we made an offer, countered and were in a contract. I was impressed by his statement that he would not sell me any property that he would not purchase for himself. My wife and I are grateful and were fortunate to also meet Art Mott another whitetail agent, Art was very had much knowledge of the area and was able to recommend some contacts for services we needed. Examples; electrical, dozer, water well, septic and others, this was important because I had no contacts in Mississippi much less some that came recommended.
