Throughout my life, I have been blessed with opportunities to purchase, own, and enjoy numerous hunting properties. This property transaction was more remarkable than any other. I contacted Rich in mid-September, indicating my interest and making my offer, informing him that I would like a quick response to my offer informing him that I would like a quick response to my offer, if the agreement was reached, closing as soon as possible. Knowing hunting season was beginning at the end of September, I wanted to obtain possession as early in the hunting season as possible.
Even though it was a cash transaction, I was aware that the title work had to be completed, documents prepared, and so forth. Rich said, "How does two weeks sound?" I thought that would be amazing, and it was amazing! September 25th, the property became ours - in only twelve days, start to finish! My experience with Whitetail Properties did exceed my expectations. Saturday, September 28th, the Opening Day of deer archery season rolled around, and we were enjoying our new property.
