We were shown a property by Zane Goodwin prior to our decision to buy. His insight and options we had with the property allowed us to see the “diamond in the rough”. He offered to help us get the property in shape for optimal hunting if we bought it. Initially, I thought it was a sales pitch!  Once we bought the property, Zane helped us get trail cameras, feeders, and helped us develop the property with dozer work. His insight and knowledge of hunting allowed us to see the real value of the property. We landed a great property, but most of all, we landed a friendship!
