3 1/2 months ago, we put our 80 acre hunting property up for sale through Whitetail Properties and Ted Gerard was our Real Estate Broker. We had this property up for sale twice before for 1 year each through other real estate agencies with no luck in getting it sold. The only offer we got through these other agencies was for just over 1/2 the amount we were asking for the property and with many contingencies. We could text or call Ted at any time and he would respond very quickly. He even texted us while he was on vacation! He walked us through the total sale from signing our contract, marketing the property, getting us the best deal and through the closing process with ease, professionalism and courteous service.
