Ben took the time early on to find out what we were looking for in a property. He helped work out the underlaying desires that we had, not just the top line simple facts and numbers. He then took the time to send us piles and piles of properties that he thought would meet our requirements. We went out multiple times in a variety of weather conditions. When the time came, Ben helped navigate the path of getting the offers in and make contacts as needed to get through to closing.
