Under the circumstances of me living in Pheonix and the property being sold is in Illinois, Kirk made this very easy. I also appreciated that Kirk went above and beyond helping my brother who is a co-owner get thru the process and even giving him a ride to the closing. Without going into too many details, my brother has a bit of autism and Kirk made this easy for him. People like Kirk are not always easy to find. Thank you very much
