I wanted to thank you for selling my property. You spent quite a bit of time actually showing the land AND with boots on the ground. I was pleasantly surprised to see the commitment you displayed. I’ve had a sour taste over the past decade regarding people who consider themselves realtors sitting in their office waiting for the internet to do their foot work. Refreshing to see you do it differently and successfully. Although I gave you some verbal abuse at closing over the check amount, it was all in fun. You deserved it all.
