"We so appreciate the land for sale letter we received from Jeff Phillips in regards to the 42 acres of land, which joined our original 14 acres. We are not on the property daily, otherwise we probable would not have known it was for sale. We also appreciate the call back from Jeff, when the original contract fell through. Jeff was amazing to work with during our entire process, with great communication. We have already recommended him with others looking for property. We truly feel he worked in everyone's utmost best interest during the purchasing process. If we ever need a realtor again we are contacting Jeff."
