"I would like to write today to express how happy we were with our experience selling our home with Kevin Yokum at Whitetail Properties. We had a home in Snowshoe, West Virginia, splitting our time between there and our primary residence in New York City. It seemed like serendipity, as when I made the decision to sell our home, I soon after received a flyer in the mail from Whitetail Properties. Despite my having reached out to three other realty agencies (including Snowshoe RE/MAX), no one would return my calls nor answer my web inquiries. A single call to Kevin at Whitetail Properties and I had an appointment scheduled for him to come out and view my property. When the day came, Kevin arrived promptly and spoke to my wife and I regarding the steps to sell. Being first time home-sellers, we knew nothing of the process and Kevin's candor and forthrightness was appreciated and he assuaged any fears we had. He then toured our entire house, taking photos of the home and property, and gave us notice on when we could expect the listing to go live. Despite our being multiple states away back in New York, Kevin was extremely communicative and was quick to answer any questions I had. The online listing was beautiful, and he immediately began scheduling viewings. After just three short weeks, our home had an offer, and we closed exactly at the price Kevin predicted. As before, throughout the process Kevin was supportive and helped ground us when facing the unknowns. We absolutely made the correct decision to solicit his help in selling."
