"Dalton was our realtor to buy a house. We looked at several and one a couple of times. He was always available when we asked him to show us a house. After looking at several houses we decided to enter into an auction for a house that is exactly what we were looking for. Dalton didn't hesitate when I told him that is what we wanted to do. He was with us every step of the way. He was even with us during the bidding and when we won the auction. He was just as nervous and excited as we were. A week before closing I was called and told that I owed $22,000 instead of $7,000. I had so many thoughts go through my head (literally made me sick). I called Dalton and he spoke to all of the parties involved and explained to them what they were misunderstanding. This phone call took care of everything thanks too Dalton. He came to our closing when he didn't even have to. He was great to work with and I would refer him to anyone looking to buy."
