I met the team at the Mile High Hunt & Fish Expo, and they took the time to listen to me and my situation. I met Rob at the site to discuss the deal and to tour the property. Rob took the time to really listen and learn about the property and help me decide the best approach to market the listing. He even waited a bit for the land to green up so I could take photos and aerial videos to get the best visuals for the website. Rob was very patient with us and kept us informed as the process progressed. He was very helpful with logistics and negotiating finer details with the buyer/buyer agent, which I believe ended up a win-win for us as sellers and the buyer. Really enjoyed working with Rob.
