He didn't try to show us anything that didn't meet our criteria; he was patient, always accessible, and worked with our schedule. Moreso, he's extremely knowledgeable regarding agriculture and the history of the region we were looking at; it made looking at properties more interesting as he pointed out the trees and plants on the properties, topography, as well as a property's ownership history.
