Bless his heart it was on the market for awhile due to the location, but he was diligent and would go out and retake pictures and talk to me about pricing. During the closing process, I was frustrated with the closing team (not him), and he was right there backing us up with our frustrations in the lack of communication on the closing team from the buyer. He is a true gentleman and gives it his all and we loved working with him.
