Bruce Witte was well-mannered and professional in every aspect of the listing, negotiation of the sale and closing. Bruce was able to sell the property quickly, for a excellent price and did so without any issues. He even traveled 60 miles (each trip) to meet the buyer and again to have papers signed - most realtors whine about the travel - he did not. If we had more property to sell - we'd call Bruce again - no question.
