I started working with Terry. He came out and walked the land. He was super informative about how Whitetail Properties works. I asked him to put a price on it, as I figured he would know the market better than I did. He had me so excited about the property that I almost wanted to buy it from myself! Terry had something come up and hooked me up with his nephew Ryan, who had equal enthusiasm about selling the piece for me.
