Erik just helped me close on a property he sold for me, and I felt like I needed to share this because it was truly an outstanding experience. I’ve never been very excited about doing business with realtors. I own farms in New York and Pennsylvania and properties in Florida, and honestly, I’ve never had much luck with realtors—until now.
