I wanted to provide feedback concerning Jason Cleveland my agent at Whitetail Properties. I had been in the market for a farm for several years and was pro-actively searching websites, newspaper adds and other real-estate advertisements. I visited potential properties on my own as well as with other real-estate agents with no success. I contacted Jason and he proceeded to ask me questions about what I was looking for in a property and what my price range was. He put together a list of properties, their descriptions and pictures. He personally took me to these farms and gave me honest feedback as to the advantages and disadvantages of each. The farm that I bought was not listed on any website or advertisement but through someone Jason had met and had sent him a flyer. I have had my farm now for a year and could not be happier. Jason, is a an extremely skilled hunter and fisherman. He is very knowledgeable about land management and has a very broad network of resources that other agents just don't have. He personally and professionally handled everything from recommending a bank, survey company and reviewing the closing process. If you are in the market for a farm, hunting property or weekend getaway, you will not find a better agent.
