I wanted to let you all know that just before the auction I spoke with a personal friend who is very involved in the hunting industry and very knowledgeable about land sales.  He lives near the farm property I was selling and he told me quote:  "Your farm has been marketed better than any other land auction I have ever seen.  I personally have seen your farm come across my face at least 4 or 5 times recently!"   Naturally this made me feel very good about my choice of auctioneers.  Thank you again for all the hard work!
