Josh was a very helpful land specialist to work with through this purchase. He not only assisted through the buying process, but had
also done his homework in helping me understand the neighborhood that I was ultimately buying into from a hunting standpoint, so I
knew what kind of potential to expect from the whitetail area. He also connected me with an excavation person who had done work
