" It was a pleasure working with Clyde and Phil to sell our forty acres. The majority of our interaction was with Clyde Hutchinson. Clyde seemed to be attentive to our concerns and desires. Yes, it was stressful, but Clyde kept reassuring us things would be okay. I must say Teresa and I were pleased when the final amount was more than we asked for. Clyde said that it doesn't always turn out that way. We agree that God had a hand it. Phil Warren impressed me when he offered and helped me pick up / clean up one day when he was taking the property pictures. It was as though he was viewing the property the way that I did.
