I’ve worked with Brent Grosse and Whitetail Properties on two occasions. The first was in 2012 when I was in search of a farm in NE Iowa. Brent met with me and listened to my goals and in short order recommended I look at the farm I bought through him in 2012. What impressed me most was his knowledge of the land, deer hunting and his straightforward approach. I bought the 215 acre Fayette County farm in December of 2012. Brent was available and enthused to help me make it into a special place for me and the family. He offered to help us work on it without any expectation in return. In addition, he introduced me to people in the community, who over time became close friends. Over the next 8 years, I had an amazing time on the property that went way beyond killing big deer. As we all know, life changes as do priorities and in 2019, I approached Brent and asked him to list our property. Needless to say, selling during a pandemic provided many challenges.
