I just recently finished selling some property in Iowa, with the help of one of your realtors- Brent Grosse. I contacted him after seeing that he specialized in property in Iowa and possibly recreational property. He needs to be thanked a lot for all the help he has given to me and my elderly parents in this endeavor. Living in ND and trying to help my parents sell this property who live in SC has had it’s minor complications, and learning experiences. Brent went and looked over the property giving us an estimate what he believed 15 acres on a river would sell for. Accepting that, we had him go ahead and set the sale in motion. Which did take Brent helping to find all the different people in Iowa, I needed, to get the sale set in motion and completed. All did a great job. Brent was also always available to answer all my questions and explaining what was needed as a POA for my parents. Parents were very grateful for his help, especially since he got 3 times as much for the property as what they had been previously offered.
