Dalton with Whitetail Properties was amazing in his knowledge and his efforts to get things done, which was not easy. Many hoops had to be jumped through to get a VA Veterans loan. The property is very remote, and things had to be fixed on and in the house. He found me professionals in the area to do the work, also fixing some things himself when he couldn't find contractors. I was 1300 miles away and couldn't find people to do the jobs. Dalton was always positive and went out of his way to make sure I was informed and that I felt secure in the process of buying my home. He even called me regularly to make sure I wasn't getting discouraged. You just don't find this kind of professionalism and personal care out there these days.I'm a disabled Marine Corps veteran, So when I say these things, they were above and beyond that he did for me, it was like some of the highest standards of the Marine Corp, Duty Honor, Respect, in spirit of Marine Corp, I don't hand these compliments out to just anyone. I have made a lifelong friend, and I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend Dalton and Whitetail Properties to anyone!

From the moment we met Dalton on the property, we realized he was a kind and trustworthy person. After a few minutes of exchanging pleasantries, we discovered that we knew some of the same people and shared similar interests. He was easy to talk and joke with. Dalton was easy to get a hold of, always answered my texts and calls, and helped obtain any new info that I requested. He had the knowledge needed for us to discuss specific details about the property and was able to answer questions that I certainly did not know how to obtain or who to get the answer from. It is also easy to see how Whitetail Properties is such a well-known and respected real estate company when it has agents like Dalton representing it. Our recent experience with Dalton Michael and Whitetail Properties was really exemplary! I reached out to Whitetail Properties in mid-December about one of their property listings and was directed to Dalton, who was well-informed and honest about the listing.
