From the first contact we made on a site at a property, we knew he was a great fit for us. We've worked with several real estate agents before meeting him, and none of them put as much time or effort into actually finding what we wanted as Spenser did. In fact, most of them couldn't even produce the information we asked, such as restrictions, HOA fees, etc.. If they did get the information, it would be days later, and maybe even the next week or two. That was one of the best things about Spenser. When we had a question, he would get the information needed usually the same day, and if not, the next day, when possible. He was even able to give us maps, including flood plain maps, which were all very helpful in making our decision. It was also very easy to set up a meeting with him. He was usually able to meet us when we wanted to, sometimes even with short notice, or the next day or so.Something we absolutely loved was his ability to take us onto properties wit his UTV when there was in internal trail system. Being able to ride through the property is actually what made us decide to purchase the land we did. Being able to see the terrain makes all the difference.Another thing that we both appreciated very much, is the fact that Spenser isn't pushy at all. We don't like feeling like a real estate agent is trying to push us into a sale just so they can make commission on it. He never once made us feel that way. In fact, he was very patient with us, and made us feel like friends instead of just buyers. He also reached out to us many times with properties he though we might be interested in, which made us feel good to know that he was actually looking our for us and trying to find properties that met our needs instead of just sending us random places to look at. Overall, we've had a great great experience working with Spenser, and we would highly recommend him to any other potential buyers.
